Our house has a Hip and Valley roof, with an addition that was added in the 50’s.  The existing roof was about 25 years old, and was at about the end of it’s usable life.  I contacted four companies, including two big name brands, and one who did roofing on the side. I received three quotes (one of the big name companies never gave us a price), and they were all fairly close.  We decided to use Lupo Home Improvement because of the recommendations we received, and the fact that the estimator was one of the owners of the company and knew what he was talking about. The roof ended up taking 2 and 1/2 days due to working around the weather, but communication was good, and they cleaned up every night.  The gutters were done on the 3rd day.  When everything was completed, you couldn’t tell that anyone had been there everything was so clean. The new roof looks and works great.  The gutters are a huge improvement over the old beat up gutters we had.  I feel that we had the best install our roof, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They showed up early on the scheduled day, and did a great job. They were careful to avoid the flowerbeds, kept any attic debris to a minimum, and it looks great.

I was referred by a neighbor who had his roof replaced last fall. The neighbor gave me an unqualified positive recommendation. This meant a lot to me because this neighbor is very careful in hiring contractors to work on his home. I called Ron Lupo and discussed what I wanted and we set a date to meet and get a free estimate. Ron was easy to talk with on the phone and he was on-time for the appointment we set for the following week. When we met, he was well prepared and provided me a folder and pictures of various shingles.  Based on the recommendation of my neighbor and listening to Ron’s presentation and proposal, I agreed to contract with Lupo Home Improvement, Inc. to tear off and re-roof my home and I signed an agreement. I couldn’t be happier with quality work that was done and completed about 10 days later.

I had my roof replaced in 2017 just after buying my home. Everyone from the sales associate that gave me the quote to the installation crew was professional and friendly. The job was done in a single day and still looks fantastic. After install they went around the house with magnets and cleaned up nails from the tear off, no debris left behind. To this day in Sept 2024 there’s never been a leak or a reason to call them back for any repairs. I plan on using them again to have the roof of my detached garage replaced which is how I landed here and realized I never left a review. Thanks for a wonderful job. Highly recommended!

Lupo Home Improvement did a full tear off and replacement. Extremely competitive on price while offering a much higher quality product. Great team, did an awesome job with cleanup after as well, wouldn’t even have known they were here (except for the beautiful new roof).

I got 3 quotes on my roof before deciding on Ron Lupo of Lupo home improvements. Ron Lupo came highly recommended as the best and when he came to quote the job, it was by far an easy decision to make. He is respectful, honest, intelligent and when you meet him, you just know he will do the same job on your house as he would on his. Although pricing was the last concern of mine, his price beat out out the rest. Ron spent time with me going thru what he felt was best, color, single type, venting, gutter downspout locations and he made notes of my concerns so that they could be addressed if he got the job. Again, easy decision and he didn’t know it but he had the job before he even left. He kept me updated on the start date (on time), updated thru the job with costs and completion date. His crew, I can’t say enough about those guys. All of the crew are very experienced, hard workers, treat your property as there own (picking nails out of bushes) and they did a phenomenal first class job. This company goes way beyond other roofing companies and you will see.

It took a little longer than scheduled, but the quality of the work is to my satisfaction. The job was done perfectly. I was so happy with the results of my new roof.
